SYNW Appoints Olatubosun David As SYNW Coordinator in Achievers University, Owo

 

SYNW APPOINTS OLATUBOSUN DAVID AS SYNW COORDINATOR IN ACHIEVERS UNIVERSITY, OWO

 

The Society of Young Nigerian Writers (SYNW) has announced the appointment of Olatubosun David as her Coordinator in Rufus Giwa Polytechnic, Owo.

In a statement made available to pressmen today, Wole Adedoyin, the National President of the Society of Young Nigerian Writers (SYNW) said, Olatubosun David will be responsible for connecting students with SYNW’s resources, organizing monthly readings, workshops, competitions with support from individuals, corporate bodies and the National body, while also supporting them in ways that help promote reading culture in Achievers University, Owo and enhance their literary career.

In order to achieve SYNW aim of promoting creative writing and book reading among Nigerian students between the ages of 10 and 35 in our various universities, the Society of Young Nigerian Writers has again appointed Olatubosun David as Coordinator of the young writers’ body in Achievers University, Owo.

We look forward to seeing the initiatives that Olatubosun David introduces and continues at the campus,” Adedoyin said.

Olatubosun David is a Nigerian Writer and Poet. He is a member of PEN, Nigeria Centre. A graduate of Rufus Giwa Polytechnic, Owo, Ondo State (2013), currently works in Achievers University, Owo. Ondo State, Nigeria. He is on Twitter @davidolatubosun and Instagram @olatubosundavid.
