SYNW UNILAG Chapter Hosts Nzube Nlebedim, Editor of the Shallow Tales Review April 22

 

SYNW UNILAG CHAPTER HOSTS NZUBE NLEBEDIM, EDITOR OF THE SHALLOW TALES REVIEW APRIL 22

 


 

The Society of Young Nigerian Writers (SYNW), University of Lagos (UNILAG) Chapter has set aside 22nd April, 2022 to host Nzube Nlebedim, the founder of The Shallow Tales Review and Editor-In-Chief of Afrocritik.

 

 

A statement issued by the Coordinator of the Society, Enitan Abdultawab, said the event would take place online via Google meet and whatsapp.

 

 

The upcoming online literary festival also promises to feature discussions, contests, games and giveaways sessions.

 

 

Nzube Nlebedim is a fictionist, reviewer, essayist, editor, journalist and publisher. His works have been published and anthologized. He lives in Lagos, Nigeria. He is the founder and Editor-in-Chief of The Shallow Tales Review literary magazine.

 

 

The online session will be moderated by Ude Ugo Anna, literary enthusiast and the founder of The Book Drive.

 

 

Society of Young Nigerian Writers (SYNW) is a member of the International Authors Forum (IAF). It has also collaborated with different international organizations like the Alliance Francaise (Nigeria), 100 Thousand Poets for Change (USA), Woman Scream International Poetry and Arts Festival (Dominican Republic), International Human Rights Art Festival (USA) and the International Writers Association (USA).

 

 

In 2019, Society of Young Nigerian Writers (SYNW) was duly acknowledged and mentioned in a book titled “TEEN LIVES AROUND THE WORLD: A GLOBAL ENCYCLOPEDIA (2 VOLUMES)” edited by Karen Wells. The Society of Young Nigerian Writers (SYNW) was described as the only young writers’ body in Nigeria.
