GREETS CHRISTIAN COMMUNITY ON EASTER
The Society of Young Nigerian Writers (SYNW) has
called on Chirstians to make more sacrifices for greater unity, peace,
political stability and progress of the country as they Celebrate this year’s
celebration of Easter which he said is taking place at a period of very
critical national choices and decisions.
In a statement issued and signed by the National President of the Society, Mr. Wole Adedoyin, asked Nigerians to be prepared and willing to seize the opportunity of the Easter holiday to pray for the country as she is currently experiencing bad time due to the Covid-19 pandemic disease.
SYNW further urged the Christian community to
continue to trust and believe the words of God which enjoins them to love one
another and be diligent and steadfast in their worship of God.
SYNW finally prayed that God Almighty who has
brought us this far, will send Covid-19 pandemic virus into a journey of no
return as we march onward towards the fulfillment of our collective vision of a
truly united, strong and prosperous nation.
