The Society of Young Nigerian Writers (SYNW) has congratulated Dr. Bukar Usman, OON, on his 81st birthday. Dr. Usman is a retired federal permanent secretary who served in the presidency with distinction, earning the respect of his peers for his selflessness and unwavering dedication to his country.

Born in Biu, Borno State, Dr. Usman is a man of many talents. Starting as a 3rd class clerk, he rose through the ranks through sheer merit and dedication, eventually becoming a permanent secretary in the presidency.
